I initially booked an appointment for a electrical system inspection, but after a quick initial check of my car, the Service Advisor suggested just opting for a battery replacement. I recently visited Stress-Free Auto Care in Mountain View on a Sunday morning to have two rear tires replaced. I appreciated that they were open and able to assist me, even though the pricing was a bit higher than what I would pay at places like America’s Tires for the mounting, balancing, and installation. However, my experience with customer service, particularly with David, was less than ideal. While the service started off fine, I was disappointed by some comments David made. Great experience. Went in for a flat tire. I was out in one hour. The staff is incredibly professional. The communication and expectation setting is outstanding. You get a text for each step along the way with pictures, as well as an overall assessment of the car. The price is made clear upfront and the time of service too. I was very impressed especially on a Sunday.
