I incredibly rarely give negative reviews. The guy who “helped” me out was incompetent, rude and apparently had an exceptionally fragile ego. Bay muffler has been around since before I was born. Have been there with my grandfather and then as an adult for exhaust work and the occasional therapy session. Took my 2002 Toyota to get a catalytic converter installed due to Check Engine light. Owner was able to install it in under 30 minutes and it worked like a charm and passed SMOG after that. He's also a really cool guy and enjoyable to just talk to. Would recommend.
